Khouribga is a Moroccan city ​​located 120 km southeast of Casablanca , the province of Khénifra to the east, the provinces of Beni Mellal and Fquih Ben Salah in the south and the province of Settat to the west, is founded by French settlers in the 1920s. This mining town is not only limited to the exploitation of phosphate, but far from it, it is also known by its cultural activities as the organization of festivals and cultural and artistic days. 

Considered to be the most important phosphate producing area in the world, the Khénifra region is not limited to that, it also has almost all the assets of a favorite tourist place by the riches of its park with lakes , mountains and its forest. This vital sector has not been developed since independence despite the potentialities available to the province.
